Legatis is a Vancouver advisory practice for established, owner-led companies in British Columbia, and for founders who want to build one that way from the first day.

We lead the strategy and the financing. Where a step needs a licence, a registered dealer, a licensed brokerage, counsel or an accountant does it, and we stay accountable for the whole file. Every fee is in writing before an engagement begins.
